No one does it better than FedEx!

What a match ppl!!!A deserving end to a marathan of a match which propelled Roger Federer to an unchartered territory in the history of Tennis. It is highly unlikely that he will have company there, atleast in the recent future.

I remember having many arguments with many people over the superiority of Federer over the game. I was, most of the times, given the name Of Rafael Nadal as the champ instead of Federer. Before last year, there were no two opinions regarding the champion...Federer ruled dem all! But the last year hadn't been good for him it seemed. The loss to Nadal during the Wimbledon Final last year was quite a shock to him as well as his fans. Although it was a match befitting the player of his stature, the fifth set loss, tht too by 7-9 was certainly a disappointment. But he returned, and returned with a bang!! Todays match has undoubtedly found a place in history. At one point it looked as if Federer would live through this one easily, given that these two gentlemen had met twice earlier on the same pedestal with the results being in Roger's favour. But as the match progressed, one could see Roddick's game coming near to flawless. And by the time the 5th set started, it was like watching an exhibhition of perfectly executed volley's and smashes and placings. That set went on to last for 95 minutes! But the result favoured Federer at a score of 16-14! But I would not be impartial without giving deserving lauds to Andy Roddick. The man has certainly won a huge number of fans after todays clash. And with this win, Federer breaks the record of another legend, Pete Sampras, of winning 14 grand slam titles. This is his 15th! A look at his career wins will tell you about the unparalleled sensation that he is. 5 straight US open titles, 5 straight Wibledon Titles. And with his hands upon the French Open, 2009, he joins the select group of 6 men who have claimed all 4 grand slams.

All this proves the point I have been trying to tell some people since ages ( especially jolly ). Many will come and go, a few will persist but only the true champion will withstand it all and remain to be a legend. There have been numerous who have been named as Federer's nemesis but he has conquered over them all and emerged as the true champion. Point to be noted people, form is temperory. Class, permanent.
